Return and refund policy


1. On returning damaged products

If the Customer finds that the received products have problem or cannot be used in the normal use, the Customer reserves the right to submit the after-sales service within seven (7) days from the date that the Customer receives the products, which does not include Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.

- A monthly installment Customer > If the Company cannot replace the products with new products, the Company shall refund the customer 100% of payment and shall transfer the refund to the Customer within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).

- A paid in full Customer > If the Company cannot replace the products with new products, the Company shall refund the customer 100% of payment and shall transfer the refund to the Customer within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).


2. On returning products damaged by the Customer

If the Customer has the products damaged, the Company shall not accept the returning and claiming and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the Customer.


3. On returning products due to change of mind

The Company shall consider the return in case the Customer changes his mind or does not want the products within twenty- four (24) hours only from the date that the Customer receives the products. The Company shall refund the Customer 100% of the products price and the Company reserves the right to only pay in full.

3.1) On the returning products condition, the Customer is required to conduct the conditions for the correct returning process as following:

3.1.1) Products shall be in new condition;

3.1.2) Products shall not be opened, torn, and out-of-the-box packaging;

3.1.3) Products shall be completed (giveaways, accessories, packaging products);

3.1.4) Products and packaging products shall not be damaged; and

3.1.5) Banners and branding shall not be damaged.


3.2) On returning products process

3.2.1) The Customer is required to sends an email at service.thisshop@thaifintech.co.th, specify the topic as "Submitting the on returning product due to change of mind" and shall inform the details, name and surname, registered phone number, and purchase order.

3.2.2) After the Company receives email from the Customer, the Company shall send the form “on returning product due to change of mind form” to the Customer. The Customer shall not reply to the Company until the Customer return the products to the Company.

3.2.3) The Customer shall return products to the Company by Express Mail Service (EMS) only and shall email the Company form by filling such form and attach photos of the products, a first page of a bank book , to get refund from the Company, and EMS number.

3.2.4) The Company takes one (1)- two (2) business days. (Excluding Saturdays - Sundays and Public Holiday) to inspect the products whether they comply with the condition herein from the date that the Company receives the products.

3.2.5) If the Company finds that the products comply with the condition herein pursuant to provision 3.1 , the Company shall transfer refund to the Customer within two(2)-three (3) days (excluding Saturdays - Sundays and Public Holiday).


The following products list below cannot be returned due to “Change of your mind”

On returning problematic products

If the Customer finds that the received products have problem or cannot be used in the normal use, the Customer reserves the right to submit the after-sales service within two (2) business days from the date that the Customer receives the products ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holiday). The Company shall contact the Customer to return the products to the Company without any costs or expenses.


** In case the Customer is not available to let the Company get the products back, from the date that the Customer submits the after-sales service, within one (1) - two (2) business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holiday), the Customer shall send the Company the bank account number, to receive the refund from the Company, at service.thisshop@thaifintech.co.th. After the Company receives the Customer’s bank account number, the Company shall transfer refund to the Customer within (1) - two (2) business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holiday).


- A monthly installment Customer > If the Company cannot replace the products with new products, the Company shall refund the customer 100% of payment and shall transfer the refund to the Customer within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).

- A paid in full Customer > If the Company cannot replace the products with new products, the Company shall refund the customer 100% of payment and shall transfer the refund to the Customer within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).


Guide: the following event cannot be arisen for products returning :

(1) Products must be only purchased from the Thisshop;

(2) Products must be in the good condition;

(3) If the warranty is amended or doesn’t match the purchase proof. The scope of the warrant shall forthwith expire;

(4) Documents or materials relating to the products, including giveaways and tax invoice (if any) shall be returned with the product; and

(5) The products description states that products cannot be returned;

(6) If the products are used, the Customer shall not have the right to return products to the Company.


When to return the products?

Products returning condition:

Only the Customer paying in full

The Company shall consider the on product returning due to change of mind within only twenty-four (24) hours from the date that the Company receives the products. The Company shall give the Customer refund 70 % of the products price.



**The Customer shall inspect or check the products list which cannot be returned due to "change of mind"*

Example: The Customer shall not have the right to return the products due to change of mind if the products packaging is damaged or opened.


Remark: To return the products due to change of mind, the original product packaging shall not have attached tape, stickers, or anything which cause the products packing damaged; otherwise, the products cannot be returned to the Company.


The package is not valid (The products packaging is removed or damaged.)



Note: If the products do not comply with the return and refund policy herein, the Company’s staff will contact the Customer to inform the Customer about the products inspecting result and the products returning information. If the Company does not contact the Customer within the specified time, the Company’s staff shall forthwith send you email to inform the foregoing information. If the Customer pays for the shipping, the Company shall not refund the Customer such shipping fee.
